» WHAT YOU CAN DO AT TMA

We will support your journey to grow as a trusted professional.  We will model the way and give you responsibility for client relationships long before the same opportunity might arise in a larger firm.  Bring your interest in the industries we already specialize in or your desire to develop a new practice area!

» WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT TMA

Our people demonstrate integrity, respect and work together to achieve the common goal, which is to provide exceptional client service, reliably and unpretentiously.  This takes people with energy, enthusiasm and likability.  Our shared vision--know the rules, serve the client--guides us in doing the right thing, always.

» WHAT TMA OFFERS

Our office is located in downtown Seattle's retail core, which is highly convenient to public transportation.  We provide all of our staff with a fully paid, annual transit pass.  Our people enjoy a compensation package that is competitive with other local CPA firms in Seattle.  Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays and personal leave as well as a SIMPLE retirement plan and health and dental insurance.  We also reimburse professional memberships and continuing education courses.

» HOW TO JOIN TMA

This page is where we will post specific job openings we may have.  However, we are always on the look-out for the next rock star to join our team!  Don't hesitate to send your resume to hr@tma-cpas.com any time.

More important than your resume is sending us a cover letter, in your own voice, telling us what motivates you along with actual examples of how you exhibit enthusiasm and energy for the accounting profession.  It is helpful to us if you already have hands-on general ledger experience and/or CPA firm experience, but it is most helpful if you can tell us how you organize, plan and complete tasks--even if your example is entirely unrelated to public accounting.
