More important than your resume is sending us a cover letter, in your own voice, telling us what motivates you along with actual examples of how you exhibit enthusiasm and energy for the accounting profession.  It is helpful to us if you already have hands-on general ledger experience and/or CPA firm experience, but it is most helpful if you can tell us how you organize, plan and complete tasks--even if your example is entirely unrelated to public accounting.
