COVID-19 RESPONSE: Commitment to our Clients & Employees

Updated: Apr 1, 2020

April 15th deadline: Based on published IRS guidance, all tax filings and payments due April 15th are postponed to July 15th.

Office operations: In compliance with Governor Inslee’s “stay home” order, starting Wednesday, March 25, we are operating from home and will not be physically in the office until he lifts his order.

To reach us: Email is best. Let us know by email how we can help and we will figure out the best way to coordinate assisting you.

During the “stay home” period, we will be making every effort to complete the deliverables you have entrusted to us. Paper mailings will be difficult, but not impossible if needed. We can also exchange non-sensitive documents via email, and upload sensitive documents to a secure SharePoint site for you.

We understand that tax refunds are important to you and that a tax balance due will be important to know for cash flow planning as well.

Our top priorities are safety and service to our clients. We are all in this together. Over the next few weeks, we will be especially focused on understanding relief programs for small businesses. Our thoughts remain with everyone affected by the COVID-19 crisis.

Please reach out if we can help in any way.
